Dues
How much are the annual dues?
See the Dues page for the current amount. Dues help cover neighborhood maintenance, common areas, snow plowing, and community events.
How do I pay my dues?
You can pay online, or by check. All the details (including who to make checks payable to) are on the Dues page.
Are dues required?
Dues are voluntary, but we strongly encourage every household to contribute if they’re able. The suggested amount is $100, but there’s no requirement to give the full amount. Any donation helps!** Your contributions help keep Tanglewood looking great and support neighborhood events and activities.
Events
Are events open to everyone in the neighborhood?
Yes! All neighbors are welcome at every event. Bring the kids, bring a friend, and come say hi.
Do events cost anything?
The goal is for all events to be free. Neighborhood dues and donations help make this possible.
